Shipping policy

Usually for stock items 3-5 business days after we receive a completed order your new product is  prepared and shipped. Please note if you order a used or refurbished product it can take up to 2-3 weeks. In addition, i t usually takes between 1-5 business days for the shipping carrier  (ie. FedEx) to deliver your product to your home once it is picked up from our office.

Please note for all stair lift orders we require photos of your  staircase(s)- complete views of the upper and lower landings, if necessary intermediate landing(s) and an entire  top down view of each staircase.  In addition, we need the measurement from the upper landing to the lower landing - email photos and measurements to  [email protected] ).

Lastly, for a stair lift order to be considered complete for preparation and shipment we must have the aforementioned information.
